Christian Melgar was always on top of answering questions or informing me of what needed to be done. Being a first-time home buyer he helped guide me through the process from beginning to end. Even when we ran into issues towards the end with the bank I was getting my VA home loan through, he managed to work with the bank to try to find a workaround.
